Jean Martin is Global Product Leader for Mercer where she is responsible for the performance and evolution of Mercer’s product set including reshaping Mercer’s products to better support the Future of Work and the Workforce of the Future. Prior to Mercer, she was the Executive Director and Talent Solutions Architect at Gartner and CEB where she spent 19 years researching innovations in HR -- skills, process and technology -- and creating products based on those innovations. Jean also worked in public policy in the White House for President Bill Clinton, and for Secretary Andrew Cuomo as a Presidential Management Fellow. She served as Special Assistant to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development and the US Agency for International Development specializing in finance and economic development initiatives. Jean holds a BA in English and Neurobiology from the University of Virginia and a Masters of Public Policy in Economics from Harvard University.
