Mayra Alexandre serves as the Benefits Manager of Human Resources at Yuma County Government. In this role, Mayra is responsible for overseeing the function of the Human Resources Benefits Division for processing compensation administration, benefits administration and wellness programs. She has been a long standing active member in the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the local Southwest Arizona Human Resource Association (SAHRA). Mayra has accumulated 9+ years’ experience in Human Resources including: recruitment, HR systems administrator, generalist duties, HR policy development and compliance, auditing and contract management.
