Will Bryant has been a Data Scientist on the Strategic Workforce Planning and Analytics team at Ascension since January of 2018. Will works closely with the Visier project team regarding solution management and administration, automating data feeds both into and out of Visier, data validation, and user education. He is active in several projects involving descriptive and inferential analytics, including the development and deployment of several machine learning models to predict employee attrition.
