Jefferson is the Managing Director, Human Resources, for FedEx Ground University headquartered in Moon Township, PA. Jefferson has more than 20 years’ experience in leading the design, development, deployment, and operations of talent development organizations in a variety of industries including aviation, software engineering, finance, and shipping/logistics. Jefferson joined FedEx ground in 2015 as the Managing Director of the FedEx Ground University. FedEx Ground University is responsible for delivering talent development products and services across the FedEx Ground network of 115,000 team members in 600+ facilities in the United States and Canada. Jefferson received his master’s and bachelor’s degrees from Middle Tennessee State University and has been the recipient of the prestigious FedEx Five Star Award. Jeff and his family reside in Pittsburgh, PA.
