Satish is the CTO and founder of SwoopTalent. He has worked in the HR Tech industry since the 90’s when he was the principal engineer at LMS Teamscape (acquired by PeopleSoft in 2002). From PeopleSoft, he became an architect for recruiting and talent at Oracle, and founded SwoopTalent to solve a multitude of the systems and data challenges he saw across the HR Tech landscape. He lives in California and is focused intently on AI and machine learning, including big issues like bias, privacy and risk.
