Tim Gregory is the Managing Director of HR Innovation & Workforce Technology at Delta Air Lines. In this role, Tim spearheads global-scale HR transformation initiatives. His current focus includes establishing an empirical linkage between the employee experience (EX) and customer experience (CX), working with leaders across Delta to craft an employee experience strategy that motivates Delta employees to delight customers. He is also advancing a "skills-first" talent mindset that allows Delta to more effectively develop talent, retain high performers, and cultivate a positive workforce experience powered by Gen AI. Additionally, Tim is dedicated to unlocking data intelligence through the implementation of a Single View of the Employee (SVOE) unified data lake, while enhancing critical core processes and technology. This includes modernizing scheduling for the hourly workforce, reducing the administrative load on front-line leaders, and automating compensation planning for both base and variable pay. Tim’s career in HR spans over 20 years. He is an accomplished executive with experience in strategic transformation and global-scale HR operations management, acquired at high-performing, industry-leading companies.
