Laura has led enterprise-wide implementations for technology platforms including ATS, CRM, and video interviewing. Laura is passionate about building validated selection systems that emphasize fairness, efficiency, and a positive user experience. Laura leads a team who manages Spectrum’s employee selection tools and processes, including high volume assessments, structured interviewing, and other evaluation tools that leverage artificial intelligence. She is most proud of the implementation of a Fit Finder assessment, which allows applicants to answer questions about their work styles and interests, and then matches them with local job opportunities. Fit Finder was recognized as the Best Use of Recruitment Marketing Technology at the 2022 Rally awards and won three 2022 TIARA awards, including the Overall Achievement in TA Award. Laura was named the 2022 HR Aspiring Leader by C2HR. Laura earned her master’s and doctorate in industrial-organizational psychology.
