After spending 14 years with the Department of Homeland Security, United States Visitor and Immigrant Status Technology (US-VISIT) Program, which transitioned to the Office of Biometric Identification Management (OBIM), Ms. Stephens is now at the Department of Commerce, National Institute of Standards and Technology, in the role of Biometrics Standards Coordinator.
