Debbie Ehsan manages the workers’ compensation program for Kaiser Permanente. Based in Oakland, California, Debbie oversees internal operations and TPA relations for over 150,000 employees in California and approx. 10,000 employees in regions outside of California. Her responsibilities include overseeing the production and quality of the third-party administrator, which assigns 80 colleagues to the program. She manages all stakeholder relationships across Kaiser’s disability management, workplace safety leaders, human resources, and occupational medicine. Debbie joined Kaiser in 2013 and has over 30 years of workers’ compensation experience. She has extensive experience with large self-insured workers’ compensation programs.
