Tere Masiarchin is the Senior Director of the Licensing, Evaluation, and Support Center at CESA 2. With nearly 30 years of experience as an educator and leader, she works with districts across Wisconsin to address educator shortages through multiple licensure pathways. CESA 2 has supported hundreds of educator candidates by helping to remove barriers to entering the profession.
