Jim Connell is an Education Consultant of the SitelogIQ – Midwest division. Jim brings a unique talent to the SitelogIQ team. Having worked primarily in small to medium- sized school districts, Jim needed to have a close handle on all district functions, including finance, financial planning, budget development and management, facility planning, maintenance planning and upkeep, personnel, transportation, grants and outside funding sources, and curriculum and instruction. His background and personal interest in building and construction is also beneficial when working with SitelogIQ facilities. He recently retired after a 25-year career in educational leadership, having spent seven years as a District Administrator. He also has experience in elementary, middle school and secondary administration. His experience and insight has proven to be beneficial with clients choosing SitelogIQ. Prior to SitelogIQ, Jim was an Education Consultant of Unesco, Inc., a Program Management firm with a combined 1,300 years of planning, design, engineering and construction experience that has implemented over $1.2 billion in educational facility improvements for more than 100 K-12 school districts throughout the Upper Midwest. Jim earned his Master of Arts and Specialist in Educational Leadership as well as his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Education from Winona State University in Winona, MN. He is a licensed Principal, Superintendent, and Technology Education Teacher. Jim is also affiliated with the Associate Member of Wisconsin Association of School District Administrators (WASDA).
