Debby has served Wisconsin school districts for more than 20 years. Debby joined Baird as a School Business Specialist in 2009, providing onsite mentoring, training, and stand-in services to business offices across the state. Today, Debby is supporting Wisconsin schools and Technical Colleges in a banking role, specializing in debt issuance and referendum planning, and supporting Business Officials, CFOs and Superintendents as they navigate complex school finance environments. Debby earned her Master of Science in Education in School Business Management and her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. She is licensed through the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) as a Municipal Advisor Representative (Series 50), Municipal Securities Representative (Series 52), and as a Uniform Securities Agent (Series 63).
