Pamela McComas is a senior director within GDIT where she develops cybersecurity, workforce development, and program management solutions. She is passionate about leading complex IT programs, modernizing IT and cyber strategies, and improving overall program performance. She brings 20+ years of experience building high-performing teams and implementing efficiencies and improvements that result in exceptional service delivery. Pamela also brings many years of experience building and delivering hands-on, scenario-based cyber training for the U.S. Department of Defense. Within GDIT, she also provides internal workforce development support by building training plans, and developing and delivering cyber training, exercises and assessments to ensure GDIT provides a qualified cyber workforce to its clients.
