After having a successful 20+ year career leading and managing her own business as well as turning around dozens of struggling businesses, Lisa has learned a lot about what works and what doesn't. She now focuses on coaching and teaching entrepreneurial leadership teams how to grow and scale their business. Lisa does this by helping them gain alignment over their vision, meaning where they are going and how they are going to get there, installing the discipline and mastery to achieve that vision and helping them create a healthy and cohesive leadership team. A large part of this includes helping leaders achieve mastery over people issues. She has worked with over 100 companies, both large and small and her passion is helping leadership teams get what they want from their business.
