Chip R. Bell is a renowned keynote speaker and the author of several award-winning national and international best-selling books on the customer experience. In2019 Global Gurus ranked for the fifth year in a row among the top 3 best keynote speakers in the world on customer service—two years in the #1 spot. He was a highly decorated infantry unit commander with the elite 82ndAirborne and a guerilla tactics instructor at the U.S. Army Infantry School. Dr. Bell holds graduate degrees from Vanderbilt University and the George Washington University.
