The mission of Pulse® is to help members grow their business through access to timely consumer and industry data and actionable insights. Bob has conducted global market research for the ICA since 2010 and has been a featured speaker at The Car Wash ShowTM and other ICA educational events. Bob has provided strategic marketing counsel to many of the world’s leading companies and brands including Anheuser-Busch, AstraZeneca, Bayer, General Mills, Procter & Gamble, State Farm, and many more. He is the recipient of 12 EFFIE awards, the American Marketing Association’s top honor for marketing effectiveness.
