Mary is an enrolled member of the Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians and brings just over 10 years of casino management experience to the Red Circle Team. Her casino career began in marketing as a Players Club Manager, however her passion for database analysis shifted the focus of her career to strictly database marketing. She has worked for three different Tribal large scale casino’s in Michigan and Wisconsin continually growing in knowledge of casino database analysis, understanding of player behavior, competitive landscapes and experience on all the major casino management systems in the marketplace. Her last position before joining the Red Circle team was Director of Database for a corporate casino in Ohio. She has also served her tribe through a position of the Gaming Board of Directors. Milestones in her career include launching new players club structures, direct mail program overhauls, opening two new casino properties. In addition to her MBA, she is currently attending the University of Minnesota focusing on data visualization and the strongest forms of data communication.
