Over 28 years, Lynn has worked directly in the areas of street and drainage service line. Over the past 11 years, he oversaw the Concrete Maintenance sector with an overall budget of $11 million and over $50 million of concrete maintenance contracts. Also, Lynn has extensive experience in asphalt maintenance; leading asphalt and pothole repair crews prior to working in concrete. Currently, Lynn has returned to lead the Street Maintenance section of Houston Public Works, which includes Asphalt Milling and overlay; street patch/partial and full depth; proactive pothole repair and The Mayor’s next business day pothole repair initiative.
