Scott Fier holds a Bachelor Degree in Systems Analyst/Engineering from Miami University. As owner of American Highway Products, he has spent 26 years working directly with cities, counties, DOT’s and paving contractors in all 50 states. In addition, he has given hundreds of expert talks and presentations on the importance of utility raising and edge protection during paving operations, and has prepared dozens of case studies and white papers on the topic for national publications and trade shows. This presentation is ideal for a broad audience, including paving contractors, Directors of Public Works and Wastewater Operations, and Superintendents of Sewers, Water, and Street Maintenance.
