Has worked in the governmental public works industry and private sector for over 35 years. His background is in staff development, process improvement, and project management. He is a Certified Public Manager credentialed from Florida State University. He has an MBA from Liberty University and a BAS from Daytona State College. He is a Stormwater Management Inspector accredited by the Florida DEPA. He has presented at various local and national conferences to include PWX, Florida Certified Public Managers Consortium, and the National Transforming Local Government. He has reviewed and implemented systems and business processes for several governmental agencies in the United States. He has written published several articles on systems and process improvement.
