Walter W. Hambrick, has 15 years of experience in the public sector. He is the Assistant Director within Houston Public Works managing the Street & Bridge Maintenance Branch for Transportation and Drainage Operations. He manages daily operation, repair and rehabilitation of the City of Houston street network which includes 15,000 lane miles of paved roadway and 1,1370 bridges with a team of more the 250 employees including field and professional staff. He is the Chairman of Houston Clean City Commission. In addition he is an active member of American Public Works Association. He has a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from Sam Houston State University.
