GREGORY M. BAIRD is President of the Water Finance Research Foundation and an independent financial and infrastructure asset management specialist. Greg actively serves on sustainable infrastructure and asset management committees for the American Water Works Association (AWWA), American Public Works Association (APWA), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and as a member of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 251 Technical Committee on the Integration of Finance and Infrastructure Asset Management. Greg provides research and training on water infrastructure asset management and has served as a municipal finance officer in California and as the CFO of Colorado’s third largest municipal utility.
