Dot Cole retired in 2011 as Manager of Long Term Care Facility Licensure and Certification for the State of Texas after 25 years of service. Ms. Cole is a recognized authority on Medicaid and Medicare regulatory issues. For the last eight years, Dot has been CEO of Cole Consultants working with the Long Term Care and Senior Housing industry to continue the effort of providing better accommodations for the elderly. She is a General Partner of Cottage Court, LLC which is developing affordable Small House communities as an innovative Senior Housing environment.
