Mitch has nearly 30 years of experience in the planning and design of senior living communities. He leads the strategic planning and programming process for RDG that supports the development of innovative design solutions that support successful business metrics. Mitch brings a unique perspective to the planning and design process as he served 24 years as Chief Development Officer for Vetter Senior Living, a mid-west based senior living provider. Mitch is committed to an experiential planning process that leads to solid business decisions, resulting in purposeful outcomes that impact senior living residents.
