Chris is a partner and mechanical engineer with Morrissey Engineering. Chris specializes in mechanical design for residential buildings. Chris leads a team of engineers that work closely with architects and owners to provide specialized solutions for new construction as well as renovations of existing buildings. Chris is passionate about indoor air quality, energy efficiency, and providing appropriate cost effective solutions for his clients. He has designed more than 25,000 senior living, student housing, and multi-family housing units in his 28 year career.
