Michelle is the Coordinator, Program Development and Person-Centered Design with Vincentian Collaborative System (VCS). She has more than 25 years of experience in health care, serving in patient access, finance, customer and patient experience management, and training and development roles. Her current position at Vincentian allows her to call upon her comprehensive background and connect with care givers, residents, families as she develops and presents educational programs focused on person-centered care, process improvement, and culture change. She has been a featured speaker at PADONA 2019, LeadingAge Annual Meeting and Expo 2019, LeadingAgePA 2018, AADNS 2018, IHI National Forum, All Together Better Health, The National Patient Safety Congress, and the American Organization of Nurse Executives (AONE) Care Innovation and Transformation Program.
