Dr. Carol McKinley is a senior level leader experienced in the delivery of senior housing and health services including Life Plan/CCRC, assisted living, skilled long-term care, post-acute rehabilitation, hospice, memory care, and transitional care. Proven ability to purposefully lead a senior care system through the complexities of a challenging health and elder care climate; advancing the organization through exploring and embracing new areas of elder care delivery; technology; community outreach, and growth. Demonstrates a strong financial acumen, stewardship of resources, and ability to operationalize new payment models such as BPCI, PDPM, and Managed Medicare and Medicaid. Known for being a servant leader that is faith-driven and values others.
