Graham is a Licensed Nurse Practitioner with a MBA in Management and Change and a Doctorate in Nursing, that focused on Design thinking methodology for Facility Planning. Her knowledge and experience increase HCM’s capabilities to leverage the latest evidence-based research, influences and challenges affecting health, wellness and higher education institutions and to enhance solution development. Graham adjunct instructs in Nursing and Lean for Health Care and has been awarded for leadership, mentorship,  organizational change and process redesign. Raised in a multigenerational home, Tracey can identify with the needs and infrastructure demands required for health and wellness within multigenerational housing.
