Pamela Leland, PhD, was the Executive Director of The Hickman from 2013 – 2019 during which time, the design and construction of the Anna T. Jeanes Building too place. Prior to joining The Hickman, and currently, she owns a consulting firm, The Leland Leadership Group. Dr. Leland focuses on mission-driven organizations in the nonprofit and public sectors, working with board and executive leadership on issues of strategy, change and improved organizational achievement.
