Tony has over 30 years of healthcare facility asset development and operations management experience. In his current position he leads the development of Orlando Health Physician Group outpatient services buildings, utilizing strict attention to detail for innovative problem solutions through a facilitation management style. A Certified Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt, his work entails the application of Lean Design Principles, and the Orlando Health “Patient First” design perspective on all projects. His most recent project work was as Project Manager and Owner’s Rep for the first fully integrated and full-service MOB, Orlando Health Medical Pavilion at Spring Lake.
