Kelsey Oesmann, AIA is an architect and Design Initiatives Manager with Urban Housing Solutions, Nashville’s leading nonprofit provider of affordable housing. Kelsey joined UHS in 2017 as an Enterprise Rose Fellow, and has since contributed to the development of more than 400 affordable apartments integrating creative community engagement, sustainability, and universal design. Kelsey created The Game of Rent community teaching tool and authored the Nashville Civic Design Center’s “Affordable Housing 101” report, and frequently shares this work at local and national forums. She currently leads the AIA Middle Tennessee Government Affairs Committee and co-chairs the ULI Nashville Housing Action Council.
