Fay teaches undergraduate communication courses, ranging from public speaking to interpersonal communication. Her research background includes studying communication in romantic relationships, public speaking anxiety, and analyzing educational leaders' personality traits and abilities. Fay is a tongue-twister connoisseur and a lover of all things NFL (National Forensics League, that is).
