Tara has been a rising thought leader in corporate America for more than 15 years, specializing in human resources, and has worked for Fortune 500 and multinational companies. As a divorced mother of one daughter, she has a vibrant personality that aids in her ability to connect with people on all levels. She has overcome life-changing experiences throughout her personal and professional career, and she has found a way to connect with people by encouraging them to move past their failures by defining their own character in order to turn uncertainty to passion. She is an avid walker and lover of all things basketball, football, and tennis, as well as a self-proclaimed popcorn connoisseur. Of her many accomplishments, Tara is most proud of being a mother.
