Lowell is a Life Member of Mensa and LocSec for Metropolitan Washington Mensa. He is a Certified Professional Facilitator and frequently presents to nonprofits of all shapes and sizes on governance excellence and leadership development. He is an avid volunteer — within Mensa and without — and has found the best way to become part of a community is by helping build it.
