Robert created the Houston Rockets mascot, Clutch the Bear, and was its sole performer from 1995-2016. He is a proud single father of two sets of twins and a champion of organ donation, a cause that saved his father’s life in 2012 with a double lung transplant. He has twice run the Houston Half-Marathon in full mascot costume for the cause and serves on multiple organ donation advocacy boards. In addition, he is a real estate agent and the chief marketing officer for Spear Minerals LLC, a small oil and gas company.
