Molly Weaver, MBA, is the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition for Children’s Mercy in Kansas City, Missouri. She leads a team of recruiters and is responsible for hiring for the hospital as well as Tuition programs. She has been with the hospital 12 years. She oversees innovative programs such as Introduce Yourself (reversing the job search for candidates); Internal First (which facilitates internal mobility) and Targeted Tuition programs (higher annual maximums for degrees in demand) and Future Talent Pipelines (high school outreach and beginning community college programs). Her focus is on the candidate experience, ensuring the focus is on people not paper and that Children’s Mercy is the first to offer to secure the top talent available. Prior to joining Children’s Mercy she was a Senior Recruiting Manager with responsibilities for recruiting programs for T-Mobile USA.
