Pam Glick is the Chief Marketing Officer at SyncHR, a PrimePay company. Pam is responsible for leading the efforts to maximize SyncHR’s Human Capital Management (HCM) go-to-market strategy with a focus on product innovation. Pam works with the executive leadership team to accelerate product innovation and to modernize HCM by positioning it in the marketplace as a strategic business function that directly contributes to client growth. Her prior experience includes strategic practice, tactical execution, and solution development, with an emphasis on business plan development, sales and marketing, team development, solution delivery, and overall financial results. Previously, Pam held the role of Global Practice Lead for PeopleSoft & Oracle Solutions at BearingPoint and was a partner at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting. Pam received her Bachelor of Accounting degree from Kansas State University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
