Sarah is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Onwards HR. Sarah brings over two decades of experience launching SaaS products at startup and Fortune 500 companies. In 2000, Sarah joined Connecture, a Georgia Tech startup out of the ATDC incubator. After healthcare reform passed, she founded their Healthcare Center of Excellence and Government Division and became a leading thought leader on Healthcare Reform. She presented at industry conferences, educated legislators, and was invited to the white house to brief officials on healthcare reform technology trends. Under her leadership, her division closed $18 million in the first 12 months, which enabled Connecture to go public in an IPO in late 2014. Sarah exited Connecture when she was recruited by ADP to lead Healthcare Reform for their newly formed ADP Health Compliance division. At ADP, her team scaled the organization from 2 to 250 employees, onboarding team members, and optimizing processes to best support the division's growth.
