With nearly 15 years of experience in the human capital management space and a focus on strategic alliances for the last decade, Ginny's business development, product, and strategy expertise helps technology companies drive demand generation, innovation, and customer satisfaction to reach strategic objectives. As the vice president of strategic alliances at When I Work, Ginny oversees sales, services, and product alliances. Previously, Ginny led product alliances at Ultimate Software and Benefitfocus. Ginny is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has an MBA from the Citadel.
