Joe is part of HR Digital Solutions and serves as the Product Portfolio Owner for Talent Development, accountable for the global Talent operations and technology ecosystem which enables JPMorgan Chase’s Talent Development, Leadership Edge and Learning capabilities. Joe has most recently driven the global design and delivery of the new me@jpmc talent development experience — integrating across technology, data and servicing. Joe has held key leadership positions including co-head of Global Technology Learning, head of CIB Technology Learning & Platforms and helped create the JPMC Learning & Talent Solutions Center of Excellence. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Joe spent 14 years at Merrill Lynch, most notably working in Corporate Technology where he led Learning, Performance and Communication operations and platforms. Joe has demonstrated a passion for leadership in the business of talent development, empowering employees to own their careers and develop marketable workforce skills.
