Elina Petrillo is Vice President for HR Technology and Service Center functions at Northwell Health. She leads enterprise-wide HR digital transformation to improve and innovate workforce experience, drive efficiency, harness data insights, and prepare the business for growth. She is responsible for strategic direction, design, implementation, and execution of the HR Technology roadmap by collaborating with business and HR leaders and cross-functional teams to implement solutions. She brings more than twenty years of experience in the design and implementation of complex human resources technology solutions for HR enterprises. Elina is passionate about partnering with healthcare organizations through the next wave of disruption, defining innovative business solutions, the organization and workforce strategies enabled by technology. She led Northwell HR Transformation project to move to Oracle Cloud platform and build the infrastructure (systems, technology, people, policies, business metrics data) required to scale a high growth organization, and achieve aggressive business goals.
