Rhonda Mensah is a Vice-President of human resources with more than 25 years of healthcare and corporate experience. As the HR key executive in union and non-union environments, she has helped organizations achieve their goals and maintain a positive culture while undergoing reductions in force, mergers/acquisitions and other strategic business changes. She has coached managers and supervisors in handling layoffs and employee relations issues and is a proven motivator who has improved organizations’ culture, morale and employee/labor relations. Rhonda received a Master of Science in Human Resources Development and Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Professional Studies, both from Barry University. She holds the Professional in Human Resources certification from the national Human Resources Certification Institute. As a caring community leader, Rhonda is a long-time Board of Sister Cites of Delray Beach, and has served as the Chair and Board member to Trinity Lutheran Church and School, and Board member of Aid to Victims of Domestic Abuse in Palm Beach County. In 2008, she was an Honoree of the Women of Grace Award, which is sponsored by the Bethesda Hospital Foundation in Boynton Beach, Florida.
