Prior to Learn In, Taylor was a founding team member of Degreed, the category-leading Learning Experience Platform. At Degreed, Taylor focused on building products to measure skills, close skill gaps, and match people to opportunities. Before Degreed, Taylor worked at the RBL Group, the HR consulting firm founded by Dave Ulrich. Taylor is passionate about finding ways to make upskilling more successful, inclusive, and accessible.
