She holds her master's in Data Analytics & Strategy from Rutgers University and supports small businesses owned by HEGs. In addition to leading iCIMS' vision and strategy as a DEI Solutions Manager, Amber is also a founding member of iBelong, iCIMS' diversity & inclusion steering committee, bridging the gap between diversity, inclusion, and technology.
