Asindia Cheng leads Strategic Partnerships at Visier, and is responsible for joint go-to-market planning, demand generation, and enablement with key partners. Asindia also serves on the Diversity & Inclusion Advisory Board as a voice in Visier’s internal DEI efforts. Her passion for the work extends externally to combine Visier’s people analytics and insights with advisory partnerships that progress clients along their own DEI journeys. Prior to joining Visier, Asindia led Oracle’s North America HCM and Advisory Alliances & Channels team through a transformation of talent, culture, and skill sets to deliver on growth targets and evolving customer needs. From 2006-2017, Asindia held various leadership positions across sales, marketing, alliances and channels, and corporate strategy and development at Corporate Executive Board (CEB), a best practice insights company, where she built the firm’s first partner program. Prior to CEB, she served as an account executive at Gartner, Inc. Asindia lives in Washington, DC with her husband, and their cat, Tom.
