He has an extensive background in high-volume recruitment, having served in Human Resources leadership roles in Horseshoe Casinos, The Home Depot, Carquest Auto Parts, and Ameristar Casinos. Recently he also was project lead for a HCM technology transformation for Securitas, where he oversaw the development and implementation of the Oracle Cloud suite of products.
