Kautul is Senior Director of Product Strategy at Oracle responsible for the Oracle Learning product. He is one of the founding members of the Oracle Learning product team and led the product strategy and management from its early days. He has been at Oracle for about 10 years now and has worked on various products including Recruiting, Work Life, and Mobile applications. Prior to Oracle, Kautul spent 2 years at SuccessFactors building out a brand-new Recruiting product. Kautul holds an MBA from UC Berkeley and MS in Computer Science from Iowa State University. In his free time, Kautul likes to play around with his 9-year-old twins.
