David is a managing director in Accenture’s Talent and Organization/Human Potential practice. David has over 30 years of consulting experience with Accenture’s largest clients, advising and working with CHRO and C-suite executives on a full range of business transformation, talent, and human capital opportunities. David’s experience is across all Talent & HR related areas -- including talent acquisition & development, workforce management, HR service delivery & process, capability development & learning, and transformational change management. David has extensive experience leading, defining, and delivering high-impact transformation programs that involve the disruption of core enterprise strategy and processes. David works jointly with executives to challenge norms to drive significant business results and market leading employee experiences. David is Accenture’s global practice lead for the HR Transformation business across all industries and services. He sets the direction for Accenture’s POV and thought leadership on employee experience, HR service delivery, and the future of work. David graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems. He resides in Orange County, California with his wife, Beverly and their two college-aged daughters.
