Michael has over 20 years of experience leading HR and workforce transformation, analytics, and change efforts on top of platforms like Workday for hundreds of companies worldwide. Prior to joining Accenture, Michael was Chief Revenue Officer of Brightfield (an AI startup focused on applied intelligence in the contingent labor space), HR exec at Bank of America where he co-led the world’s largest Workday implementation and owned HR technology and reporting. Prior to Bank of America, Michael started his career at Towers Perrin leading diverse HR strategy and service delivery projects.
