Russell is a Strategy Managing Director in the Accenture’s Talent & Organization / Human Potential practice. He brings 30 years of experience as both a Fortune 50 and Consulting Executive and has worked across most major industries. His primary focus is on forecasting, developing and enabling the Future Workforce. At Accenture he drives product offerings around Intelligent Operating Model, HR Analytics Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, Talent Strategy and Workforce Transformation. Having done work on 6 continents, including expat assignment in both Europe and Asia, he is an author, recognized workforce expert and frequent conference presenter. A member of the ISO TC260 TAG writing global HR Standards he holds degrees from USC and NYU. When not helping drive client success he enjoys travel, SCUBA, college football and is a classic car nut. Russell lives in Virginia with his wife and 2 daughters.
